Winter - Options for Cancelled Winter Classes:

1. Prorated refund minus a $20 dollar credit toward future classes, per family
2. 100% prorated credit toward future Avon After School classes PLUS an additional $50 coupon per family

TBS PTO has elected to return 100% of their Afters fundraising dollars (5% of class fees) to families

Spring Session - Connecticut schools are Closed until May 20th.  All Spring Enrichment Programs are cancelled.  We will issue full refunds.  

If any family is willing to reduce their refund by 5% to offset credit card transaction fees (which are charged on payments and returns), please let us know by filling out this form:  Waive Credit Card Fee
 
We are working hard to have all transactions completed by April 30th. 
 
For cost saving purposes, we will close our websites and registration systems starting 5/1 through 8/1.  We will still be reachable by email or phone for any questions. Fall schedules will be made available for your reference before school is out too.
 
We wish your children a truly enriching time at home with your family, we cannot wait to see them again in September, and we wish everyone a safe and healthy Spring!
